Shot from directly above, Little Beach reveals a composition no ground-level photograph can offer — the perfect white crescent of Two Peoples Bay laid out like a design, granite boulders anchoring the frame while turquoise water grades into the deep blue of the Southern Ocean.

From this angle the beach turns into geometry. The crescent, the granite anchors and the graduating blues arrange themselves with a precision that looks intentional, as though the bay were drafted before it was formed. Everyone photographs Little Beach; almost nobody sees it from here.

The drone's 100MP Hasselblad camera preserves granite texture, sand grain and water gradients in extraordinary detail at every print size, including panoramic — down to the exact line where turquoise gives way to Southern Ocean blue.

After shooting Little Beach's classic views, I took the drone to full height and pointed the camera straight down — and the beach turned into design.

From that angle the crescent of sand, the granite anchors and the graduating blues arrange themselves with a precision that looks intentional, as if Two Peoples Bay had been drafted before it was formed.

The 100MP Hasselblad on the Mavic 4 Pro holds every element sharp: the grain of the sand, the weathering in the granite, the exact line where turquoise gives way to Southern Ocean blue. Everyone photographs Little Beach. Almost nobody sees it from here — which is precisely why I wanted the frame.
